If exercising for weight loss

If exercising for weight loss/weight management, don’t make the mistake that
you have to exercise at high intensity.

It’s commonly prescribed that the higher intensity, the greater the calories
we burn.

While this is true (during exercise), the calories burned in one high
intensity workout is insignificant in comparison to the calories from one decent
meal.

What’s most critical for weight management is our ‘basal or ‘resting’
metabolism, which is best stimulated by regular, consistent activity.

Using the knowledge of Maharishi Ayurveda™, we have to give the message to our
subtle/non-physical body (the INTELLIGENCE running our cells) that we are
an ‘active person’.

This makes our body efficiently burn calories morning, noon & night…not just
during exercise.

So when exercising for health, feel okay about keeping the intensity
