I find the tips really valuable. Some are a fraction long, but the way he generally provides the short basic tip of the week, then has the option for further detailed info is good.
Some really interesting knowledge and certainly it's great to have the reminders each week. You really only have to employ 1-2 tips for the whole year to get more than your monies worth in improved health. Thanks a lot and 'keep em coming'.

I found the tips really interesting and helpful.
The program is packed full of useful information (sometimes too much to do each week) and it all makes a lot of sense. Highly recommend.
